What the app stores

Everything you create in ParaTimer stays on your device:

• Child profiles (initials, a color, and an optional photo)
• Activities, schedules, and timer settings
• Session history used for end-of-day reports

This information is saved only in the app’s local storage on your iPhone. It is never transmitted anywhere, and we have no way to see it. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

Photos

If you choose to add a photo to a child profile, an activity, or a timer, the app asks for access to the photo you pick and keeps a copy inside its own local storage. Photos never leave the device.

Reports you share

End-of-day reports are generated on your device as PDF files. They are only shared when you explicitly use the iOS share sheet, and where they go is entirely your choice. Please handle reports containing student information according to your school or clinic’s policies.

Children’s privacy

ParaTimer is a tool operated by adults — paraprofessionals, therapists, and teachers. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children, and contains no third-party services of any kind.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever changes how information is handled, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described in the App Store release notes.
